I highly recommend Eli for touring Israel. I've been in Israel more than 10 times and had only done "Group Bus Tours" previously. In addition to recommending Eli, I definitely recommend finding some friends and doing a private tour. We picked out the sights we wanted to see and told him we had 5 days to work with. We saw the famous sites as well as some off of the beaten path. If you let him know what your interest is, he will not disappoint. He is also very knowledgeable and adds another dimension. I went to Caesarea for the third time and learned many new things! We had up to 13 people depending on the day with varying levels of energy and Eli made it all work. We made a hotel in Ramat Gan (Kfar Maccabiah) our home base and left every day from there with Eli. Our driver was "Shabby" who I also definitely recommend.
